Our menus are thoughtfully crafted for each client and we know true hospitality is personal. However, we’re happy to provide sample menus upon inquiry to give you a taste of what we offer. From there, we’ll work with you to craft a menu that reflects your event, your preferences, and your guests.

Absolutely! Clients booked through Sandlewood Manor or Chateau Nouvelle receive a complimentary tasting as part of our service.
Because we prioritize quality and a personalized experience, tastings are limited to four guests. Should you wish to include additional guests, we’re happy to accommodate for a per person fee.
If you'd prefer to schedule a tasting before booking, we welcome the opportunity; standard tasting rates will apply.

Our pricing is structured per guest and includes Cocktail Hour hors d’oeuvres, the Reception meal including Chef Stations and Desserts Bars or Late Night bites.
Full-service, in-house place settings and preset water service are provided at no additional cost to enhance your dining experience.
Please note: Production staff, our 18% Production Fee, Sales Tax and any applicable payment processing fees are billed separately.

The Production Fee helps cover essential operational costs and is NOT a gratuity for our service or culinary team, nor does it include staffing expenses.

No need to worry, our in-house chef is happy to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions or special preferences. Customized menus can be discussed in detail during your private tasting to ensure every guest is thoughtfully considered.

Yes, we do offer children’s meals! Guests aged 12 and under typically enjoy a kid-friendly entrée like chicken tenders with a mac & cheese variation, though we’re happy to customize based on dietary needs.
Children's meals are priced separately from adult offerings, and final costs will be provided once selections are confirmed.

Clients are responsible for providing and covering the cost of Vendor Meals. Please share your final vendor count, including planners, photographers, assistants, band members and any additional team members, to ensure we take care of them.
Vendor meals are chef’s choice, served hot and priced at a reduced rate. Only the number of meals confirmed and paid for will be prepared.
Please Note: Sandlewood Manor and Chateau Nouvelle staff are already accounted for and do not need to be included in your vendor meal count.

Yes, we do! Cake Cutting service is included for all full-service events booked at Sandlewood Manor or Chateau Nouvelle.
Our team will slice and serve the cake to your guests, then neatly place any remaining pieces on your cake table.
For our clients who book off premise, our cake cutting services are available for a fee.
Please Note: Clients are responsible for providing their own cake cutting set, as well as any boxes needed to save the top tier or leftovers.
